Job Function Customer Relations
Key Skill(s) Required • Min. 1 to 2 years experience as receptionist or customer service officer

• Relevant experience in spa industry will be beneficial

• Good interpersonal & communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients

• Pleasant disposition with positive attitude

• Friendly and cheerful personality

• Well-groomed with good customer service skills.

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. (Alternate 3 day and 4 day work week)

Job Details • First point of contact in attending walk-in visitors and guests

• Manage reception area and perform front desk reception and cashier duty

• Handling phone and walk in enquiries

• Manage reservations

• Attending to guests before and after treatments

• Operate point of sale system and client database management

• Promote treatment packages and membership

• Provide information of Company’s treatments & services

• Provide any additional support as required
