• Hotel industry background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Fluent in Mandarin and other Chinese dialects

Information about the job:

As a Service Centre Agent you will be responsible for responding to general customer enquiries from
throughout Asia, particularly the China, via email correspondence and telephone. Additionally you will
assist international customers (in English) to support our main Customer Service Centre based in
Nuremberg, Germany.

Your tasks:

• Customer assistance by phone and/or email correspondence
• Editing and updating customer information
• Liaising with customers and hoteliers
• Resolving customer issues
• Preparing individual hotel offers and quotes
• Logging information on customer calls and maintaining detailed and accurate records
• Supporting the hotel department with customer accounts when necessary
